Alan Carr's Chatty Man Show Gets Axed After Failed Viewing Figures Compared To The Graham Norton Show'

He’s had some of the biggest guests over the sixteen series it has aired but now Alan Carr’s Chatty Man has been sadly axed due to ongoing wars with The Graham Norton Show!

The show only received 2 million viewers on average when Graham Norton’s show was receiving a whopping 3.9 million following on the BBC.

The Sun has reported that Alan said at the launch of his new book ALANATOMY:

‘I just think that the art of the chat show has evolved unless you can get the amazing guests all the time that Norton gets.

‘I’ll be honest with you, I don’t think moving it to a Thursday was the best move. It feels like a party show, a Friday show.

‘Three guests a week and Channel 4, God love ’em, extended it to 30 episodes – that’s 90 guests who are relevant and people are interested in, up against the amazing Norton and Jonathan Ross.’

We personally think it’s a massive shame that they have exed his show.

If anything we thought that it was better than Graham and more funnier than Jonathan Ross.

Hopefully they will bring it back some day.
