He’s the up beat Springwatch presenter but it seems Chris Packham has had a upsetting time as he has admitted that his Asperger causing him to find it very very hard to say goodbye to his pet poodles body after it passed.
Chris has admitted that after his poodle Scratchy died he just found it so hard to dispose of the body he kept it in his freezer in his cottage in the New Forest.
Chris having aspergers means that he has a closer bond to animals than humans including his partner Charlotte Corney.
Talking to The Mirror Chris said:
‘She knows by bond with dogs is deeper and stronger than with her, but it doesn’t undermine what we have,’
‘I am very lucky that Charlotte understands my autistic condition.’
Chris has also said that he hopes to have his ashes eventually mixed with his dogs after he has passed away.
He told the Daily Mirror last month:
‘Someone will have the job of mixing us together and scattering us underneath our favourite tree where we used to sit,’
Chris really does think a lot about his as if youre a regular to watching Springwatch you would know so this is acually really sad.
