For the last few months Holly Willoughby has lost lots and lots of weight but has never said how she lost the weight and it never has been reviewed until now.
It’s been said that Holly took up a 500-600 calories busting workout what involved kickboxing.
Reports have said that you can lose over 500 calories taking up the sport and that’s how the weight has fallen off Willoughby.
But it’s not just the kickboxing what Holly has been doing to lose weight as she has been eating mostly vegetables in her diet.
An insider has said to Now:
‘Holly loves kickboxing and finds it an easy way to stay trim. She even has a kickboxing bag in her spare room, so she can work out at home.
‘Holly does eat fish and occasionally chicken but it’s mainly veggies. She watches her carbs and is conscious not to overload on the bad stuff.’
