With Love Island starting again next month the producers of the show have said that they are not going to allow any ‘reality star wannabes’ to star on the show.
This year’s application process was applied for by thousands and thousands of people and the producers have been very picky on who they agree to have but they really are not going to allow the ‘reality wannabes’ on.
A source has said to The Sun:
“Reality TV wannabes have seen the overnight success enjoyed by last year’s Love Island contestants and want a piece of the action.
“Therefore producers want to ensure that their chosen singletons are genuinely looking for love rather than fame and havne’t appeared on any other reality shows before.”
The source then continued to say that even extras from other reality shows are not allowed to apply:
“Even Celebs Go Dating extras, who have appeared as dates for the celebrities, are being ruled out,” the source continued.
“Auditions are about to take place and it would have to be a real character and ratings winner for them to do a U-Turn.”
We can see this yera being really really exciting.
