Katie Price has admitted that she cant think about life after her terminally ill mother Amy has passed away.
Price who is running the London marathon this weekend to support British Lung Foundation who have been looking after her mum after her diagnosis.
Talking to the Mirror ahead of the marathon on Sunday Katie said:
‘Running this marathon is important to me. I did that one for Harvey, but Harvey is still alive. My mum is dying. She’s going to die of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis and none of us knew what it was before.’
Then Katie said that her mother is suffering from a dry cough for five years and was diagnosed with asthma as she continued to say:
‘On the surface, she seems strong, but we had a meeting with the doctors the other day and it sort of hit home more. But it is what it is,’ Katie has said, adding that she can’t think too far ahead.
‘I’m not even thinking about mum not being here. You’ve just got to get on with it. Why would I want to be depressive and negative around my mum?’
It really is so sad but with Katie running the marathon this weekend that is an amazing ways to raise money for such a fantastic charity.
Well done Katie.
