Scarlett Moffatt Admits She Once Called Samaritans Over Insults About Her Nose

Why do some people have to be so horrible?

Scarlett Moffatt has confessed that she once called helpline Samaritans over insults she was receiving about her nose.

The former Gogglebox star admitted that she called the help line after the insults became too much to bear.

Scarlett would call the number and chat to them for around 15 minutes and admitted that it really helped her talking to someone.

When speaking to Kate Thornton on the White Wine, Question Time podcast, Scarlett said:

“I’d give a fake name and I’d chat for 15 minutes. It really, really did help.

“I was getting loads of stick. I was like, ‘It’s the nose I was born with.'”

Then Moffatt admitted that she has been giving Trolls who have said awful things to her the Samaritans number.

She continued to say:

“I think, ‘God, how must they be feeling to have so much hatred towards someone they have never met?'”

It was back in 2014 when Scarlett and her family first appeared on Gogglebox and has  always been open about how relentless trolling has knocked her confidence.

If you feel like you are struggerling and need to talk to someone please call Samaritans on 116 123.
