She recently admitted that she has lost a stone in three months after cutting back on fast food in take.
Well now Emily Atack has shared a photo of her homemade prawn biryani and poppadoms as she spent some of her lockdown time coming up with the dish.
Taking to her Instagram account the actress posed with her pan just after her dinner had cooked.
Emily showed off the food on Saturday as she joined chef James Martin for a live cooking session.
Along with the photo Emily shared:
‘WOW! A brilliant lunch time Insta Live with the one and only James Martin! How lucky am I?!
‘We did a prawn biryani and poppadoms with a few glasses of Chablis.
‘Thanks to everyone who joined in. I’m now the proud owner of pillow case sized bags of herbs and spices thanks to James! Can’t wait to do it again. Now, must sharpen my knives.’
This comes after last month Emily hit out at one of her followers who commented on a selfie saying that she would ‘put weight on’ while in lockdown.
