Eastenders Will Go Off Air NEXT MONTH Due To Lack Of Episodes As Filming Returns End Of Next Month

Sad news for all you soap lovers.

Eastenders ‘will go off air’ next month as BBC run out of episodes due to not being able to film because of the coronavirus lockdown.

The BBC soap cut down to airing just two episodes a week at the start of the lockdown but it’s been said that they only have eight episodes left.

A BBC boss confirmed yesterday that they will start filming again next month with social distancing rules in place with limiting the amount of cast and crew on set at one time and the cast will have to do their own hair and makeup.

This comes after it was said that comes Coronation Street and Emmerdale are also planning to resume filming in early June
