Now that lockdown restrictions are being lifted by the government our beloved television shows are starting to get back to filming.
Well now ITV have announced that Catchphrase is going to start filming again next week with strict social distancing rules in place.
The show what is hosted by Stephen Mulhern, will see contestants and crew members having their temperatures tested daily and working ‘bubble’ groups.
STV Productions will record 10 episodes of the show which will be broadcast on ITV in the autumn.
This is the first show to get back to filming and host Stephen seemed excited about this as he said:
‘We were always due to start filming now so it’s great that we are in a position that we can do so.
‘It feels so good to be back in the studio and it’s taken a huge amount of work from the crew and all at STV Productions who make the show and ITV who broadcast it to get us back up and running safely. We can’t wait to start.’
It so good to know that shows are starting ot get back to filming with all the new rules in place and as we told you about last week with the behind the screens Emmerdale look they really have gotten social distancing under control in these studios.
We can’t wait to watch the new series.
