As we have been telling youSelena Gomez has been taking a break from the public eye and then last week we found out that she had checked herself into rehab to get over her “anxiety, panic attacks, and depression”.
Then over the weekend photos appeared of Selena posing with fans looking really happy.
That got everyone thinking that she had left rehab but that’s not the case as she is in a towned rehab what is “private and quiet” but “super intense” Tennessee treatment facility.
A source has told Us Weekly:
“Selena is dealing with lupus, but this break is to focus on her mental health. She can go to a very dark place.”
Then the source went on to say that Selena is meant to be in the studio making some more tuned:
“She was supposed to be recording, but she hasn’t told anyone when she’ll be back in studio.”
Then talking about Selena out for dinner at the Texas Roadhouse in Alcoa, Tennessee with her mother and stepfather:
“Selena was just like any other guest. She was really nice and tipped well.”
“She was laughing a lot with them while she was eating. She seemed happy and relaxed.”
She seem’s to be doing well let’s just hope that it stays this way.
She’s just had massive success with her new single Perfect Illusion that went worldwide number one on the charts but it seems Lady Gaga as something else on her mind.
Gaga has admitted that she is taking medication to cope with depression.
Talking over the weekend to the Mirror Gaga admitted:
‘I needed a moment to stabilise,’
‘When my career took off, I don’t remember anything. It’s like I’m traumatised. I needed time to recalibrate my soul.’
Gaga then admitted that she is taking real care of herself behind the scenes.
‘I take medication,’
‘I’m not saying I feel good because of the medication – I wouldn’t encourage young people to take anti-depressants or mood stabilisers. I admit to having battled depression and anxiety and I think a lot of people do.’
Is good that Gaga is so open about this because she is really going to help her younger fans if they are struggling with depression.
Then Demi released a statement to tell her fans a little more than just 140 characters as she said:
“CAST was my home while I was in recovery and over the past several years, I have stayed close to the staff and to Mike Bayer, [Founder and CEO, CAST Centers] and have seen their passion and tireless efforts firsthand, not only through my own treatment, but with others as well. I’m excited to have the opportunity to become a partner in a business that I have such close ties to, and to continue to raise awareness around mental health.”
Then during a interview with CBS‘Sunday Morning the singer opened up more about why she waned the co-own the facility.
In the sit down interview she said:
“I don’t know what it says, it just feels good.”
“Yeah, I was a nightmare. I would say … the word that I want to say, but it’s so inappropriate that I can’t. And this will be on a Sunday morning, so I’m not going to say it!”
She then said that going to rehab massively helped her carer:
“And because of that. I’m now sitting here right now alive and more successful than I’ve ever been.”
This is such a good thing Demi is doing because it’s really going to help her younger fans.
Also it’s good to see her paying so much respect to the place that got her back on track!
