It’s happened again for the third time this year already.
Holly Willoughby has been used in another online social media hoax.
People have used photos of Holly and said that she used £20 diet pills to lose the weight she has lost when this is simply not the case.
A fake fitness account has been promoting drug Lipovyn and its ‘natural fat-burning qualities’ on Facebook.
Along with a photo of Holly it said:
‘Morning Host Asks Unexpected Question About Her Recent Changes, This Was Her Response… How Will Her Fans React to This?’
This is the third time this has happened in five months and it hasn’t gone unnoticed by Holly herself who spoke about the hoax on This Morning a matter of weeks ago.
With Jessica Shears having her big day next year when she will marry Don Leaver Jess is wanting to look her best on the big day.
Now it’s been said that Jess is on a special fish diet to try and lose weight for her big day.
Speaking to The Sun Shears said:
“Dom and I have just gone pescatarian so the weight has fallen off, because you just eat fish.
“We’re not even doing dairy at the moment as I don’t even like dairy anyway, so we’ve both lost a bit just from that.
“But we go to the gym all the time together, and that’s it.”
She then continued to say that with Christmas just around the corner that’s not going to stop her from having a few bars of chocolate.
“I think we might try and keep it up, Dom’s quite stubborn, so we might have fish or a nut roast for Christmas.
“My mum’s going to curse me as I haven’t told her yet that she has to make a nut roast, so we’re going to try and do that.
“But I’m allowed chocolate on Christmas and I’ve got a gin and tonic advent calendar so it’s not all bad.”
Everyone has to have chocolate over christmas.
Not the best thing to do on live TV in the school holidays.
Alison Hammond has been slammed by the This Morning views after she pretended to down diet pills during a segment on the show.
Alison and Rylan Clark where standing in for Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby while they where on holiday.
The pair where talking about Hollywood swag bags – the free gift bundles celebrities receive when they attend awards ceremonies – Rylan and Alison started to dig through a bag to see what was inside.
Alongside a pelvic floor measuring device and the vaginal tightening aid she then pulled out diet pills.
Jokingly she decided to pretend to down the pills.
This has not gone down well with the viewers as one in a series of tweets people have said:
‘@thismorning what was Alison Hammond thinking when she poured diet pills in her mouth on live TV? It’s half term week!!’
‘@thismorning shocking behaviour with pills there – drugs should not be used as silliness props!’
‘Alison Hammond shame on you stuffing mouth with diet pills jokingly – very childish!’
She was only messing but still shouldn’t have done it.
If you have been watching ITV’s Sugar Free Farm you will know just how much weight the celebrities are losing but one person who’s not on the show but decided to give the diet ago is Linda Robson who has annouced on Loose Women that in just a week she had lost a whopping over half a stone.
Linda annouced on the show last wednesday that she was doing the diet but one week on she had done really well as she had even dropped a dress size.
Talking last week she said:
“I still don’t know how much I weigh but I’ve lost between six and seven pounds in eight days.
“The wine belly has gone down quite a lot already.
“For the first time in a while I’m in a size 14, this shirt is new and it’s a size 14.”
Linda has admitted that she now drinks sparkling water and mints while watching TV, rather than a glass of wine.
She then continued to say:
“It’s not as hard as it was but I’m still struggling, it’s just having that something in your hand.
“We distract ourselves, we’ve been watching The Crown on Netflix.”
She’s done so well!
Lets hope that she keeps it up.
Holly Willoughby has been talking about her diet and admitted that she really hates talking about what she eats because she worries that it will cause eating disorders.
Holly said that she likes to no focus on what she eats because she’s worried people might become ‘fixated’ with what she eats.
The TV presenter admitted that she loves food but she refuses to engage in talk of diets!
Talking to Prima Magazine she said:
‘I don’t want to encourage eating disorders. I try not to focus too much on my appearance.
‘As long as I’m being healthy, that’s good enough for me. I’m quite active and I try not to let the way I look be the main focus because it’s not the important thing.’
She continued to say:
‘I actually avoid talking about my diet and exercise regime because I have interviewed so many people affected by eating disorders and I know that some people in chat rooms can really fixate on other people’s diets. I just can’t contribute to that.’
Holly then admitted that she loves food and she said that she really is a healthy eater.
She continued to say:
‘I’m healthy; I love food – it’s a celebration, something to be talked over, shopped for, cooked and enjoyed. I love cooking. Nothing fancy – just standard home-made stuff. I make a very good spaghetti.’
She looks fantastic and we really need to know the key to her body because it’s simply fangtastic.
Dont we all!
Robbie Williams has admitted that he suffers from ‘night eating’ as he finds himself waking up in the night and going down stairs to the fridge and filling his face.
Robbie who’s been on a diet since a since being called ‘fat’ in Take That has struggled with his eating.
Talking to Italy’s Radio DeeJay, he said:
‘I’m night eating. I get up in the middle of the night. Go to the fridge.’
Robbie never said why food he eats in the night but he did admit that he is not looking for health food as he continued to say:
‘I don’t want lettuce,’ ‘I’m not looking for lettuce. It’s so weird.’
Robbie first said about eating in the night when back in April he tweeted:
‘So this actually happened: Sleep walking to the fridge. Then sleep eating. Found out the next day.’
Must be hard for him because he will then go back to bed and pill on the pounds because the food is not being burnt off.
