Fifth Harmony have announced on Monday that they are to go on a hiatus.
The band what where on the X Factor in america decided to call it quits on their music career together as a band and members Dinah Jane, Normani, Ally Brooke, and Lauren Jauregui are all going to embark on solo careers.
The girls were rumored to split back in February this year after they canceled their Australia tour dates.
In a statement the girls published they said below.:
This comes after band member and lead singer Camila Cabello decided to leave the band in 2016 to focus on her solo career and has had a very successful career since.
When Camila Cabello left Fifth Harmony people where questioning if Taylor Swift had anything to do with it but now it seems not.
Camila ha sbene openring up about Taylor and confessed that no one had say whether she stayed in Fifth Harmony apart from herself.
Talking to Dan Wootton on Thursday she said:
“Absolutely nobody could ever persuade me to do something.”
She then continued to say:
“If I don’t want to do something the whole world could be telling me and I won’t do it. And if I do, then the whole world could be telling me to not do it and I’ll do it. I’ve always been that way.”
She confessed that she was left annoyed that people think Taylor had something to do with her decision:
“It annoyed me that people said that she was encouraging me, because I know she probably got a lot of flak for that or a lot of negative criticism for that, and that annoys me because I’m really protective over my friends. To be honest with you, she’s never, ever had anything to do with that.”
With such a big choice like that she had to make it by herself for sure.
it’s looking like Camila Cabello might be in talks to open Taylor Swift’s Reputation Tour.
Camila who has had so much success recently with her two latest singles hitting the number one spot in the music charts.
Portland’s Live 95.5 teased an upcoming promotion on their Twitter but since the tweet has been deleted.
A source has now spilled to US weekly:
“Camila is in final talks to open for bestie Taylor’s tour. It’s 99 percent a done deal.”
This could be so good for the Havana singer and we really think that it should happen.
What do you think??
is there a massive feud about to erupt??
With the news breaking today that Camila Cabello had quit Fifth Harmony she has now released a statement about what has gone on and it seems that she has accused the other girls of lying.
The 19-year-old has published a photo on Twitter of what she wanted to say about her leaving the group as she talked about her time with Normani Kordei, Lauren Jauregui, Dinah Jane, and Ally Brooke.
There you have it from the horses mouth.
Earlier today we told you the news that Camila Cabello had decided to leave Fifth Harmony but now it sees that it all has gone bitters as fans have said the band unfollowed the former band member on Twitter.
After news broke that she had decided to split the band almost straight away unfollowed Camila on the social networking site.
The sad thing was is that Camila never even told her former band members that she was leaving the group as they found out in the media just how we did so really there is no wonder why they unfollowed her.
One fan tweeted:
Camila didn’t end the contract, it ended on december 18th. Dont hate her for leaving fifth harmony. She was free to go.
With another said:
‘m not sure if it was necessary for the Fifth Harmony account to unfollow Camila…
She should have let them know before the world.
What do you think??
Well this was out of the blue.
Camila Cabello has just annouced that she has left Fifth Harmony!
Camila has said that she wants to focus on other projects and has said that she would never return to the band and now the other girls have said that she never told them that she wanted to leave and they found out exactly the same time as we did.
In a statement published by Camila she said:
“After 4 and a half years of being together, we have been informed via her representatives that Camila has decided to leave Fifth Harmony. We wish her well,
“You Harmonizers have been there with us since the beginning, you’ve supported us, and with your love and support, we will continue on.
“That being said, we are excited to announce that we will be moving forward with the four of us- Ally Brooke, Normani Kordei, Dinah Jane and Lauren Jauregui for our fans,”
Sad news and it’s a shame they she never told her bandmates before she told the world.
