Today is has been a big day on This Morning after they have annouced their new ‘Be Kind’ campaign.
Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby annouced the new campaign to help spread a anti-bullying message across the nation.
The show has been airing important and emotional interviews with parents who have lost their children after they took their own lives due to being so bullied they felt as though they couldn’t continue to live any more.
This comes after the show received a large amount of support after they had mother Lucy Alexander on the show who’s 17-year-old son Felix Alexander, killed himself after being so bullied.
On the This Morning website viewers to the show can watch powerful interviews along with Agony aunt Deidre Sanders, psychotherapists Nik and Eva Speakman and Dr Ranj manning the phone room all Wednesday to help as many people as possible.
Talking about the campaign Phillip said:
“I think the interviews we did with these poor mums will live with me forever. The stunned grief was heartbreaking. Two lovely young people who, because of bullying felt they had no other option but to take their lives and by doing so, destroy their families. If you’re feeling like this PLEASE talk to someone, share how you feel, there is always a solution if you open up. I’m 100% behind this campaign. I hope we can save young lives and show the bullies how catastrophic one tweet, one snapchat or one text can be.”
Holly then continued to say:
“We really want this to help children, their families… and even bullies themselves to realise what they are doing. It’s fantastic that so many schools have already asked to show our interview to pupils. How much better would the world be if everyone was just that bit kinder to each other?”
It so nice to know that ITV and This Morning are doing everything they can to help young people out there being bullied and even if it saves one life then it’s an amazing cause.
It’s been on our TV screens for years and years now but it’s been annouced that Camelot no longer want the National Lottery show to be aired on TV.
The show what is aired on BBC and started being show back in 1994 will be canceled as the last show will air January 7 2017 as viewers will have to get the results online or in shops from then onwards.
The results will be abled to be checked on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays, as a quick on screen bulletin as well as on the Red Button and Red Button+.
Camelot’s digital director Tim Copper said:
“We’re delighted to have signed this contract extension, maintaining the strong relationship that has flourished between The National Lottery and the BBC since The National Lottery’s launch 22 years ago.
“As consumer habits show an unrelenting shift towards digital platforms, we’re embracing these changes in players’ results-checking habits – providing content that they can access at all times, across multiple different touch-points.
“But it’s also great that we can continue to provide a service to those loyal BBC1 viewers who want their lottery results available at a regular time as they enjoy their favourite BBC shows. This new deal will allow us to do both.”
It will be missed but at least you will still be able to get the results on the TV screen.
Dale Winton’s fans have been worrying that the TV presenter has passed away after he hasnt been on the TV for a while.
Dale’s agent came forward today to say that he is still alive and well as he was last seen on the TV in April as he hosted the BBC lottery game show In It To Win It.
The BBC have not confirmed that the lottery show has been axed it just hasn’t been on our screens for a while.
Another ting what has been worrying is that Dale never attend his good friend Cilla Black’s funeral in 2015 and they where really close.
Dale was last spotted out months ago where he looked very bloated and not well at all.
He admitted at the starts of this year that he was suffering with depression after he broke up from his partner as he said that he wanted some time off.
Let’s hope he get’s better soon.
Well this is a shocker!
Naked Attraction aired earlier this year and it was hounded by the press but it seem’s they have decided to have it back for another series.
Naked Attraction is a TV dating show where six complete strangers stand in pods and a screen goes up the body and the person who want’s to find love has to look at their body parts to see if they are compatible.
Now the bosses of the show have annouced that they are on the hunt for new people to take part on the new series of the show.
A source has said:
“The first series of Naked Attraction proved that the nation has a fascination with full frontal nudity and seeing suitors being picked by their privates.
“It drew in fantastic viewing figures and stirred up quite a reaction on social media.
The source then continued:
“There has therefore been little debate among bosses as to whether it should be recommissioned – and they have decided that they want a second series to air in the New Year.”
On the look out for new people to start on the show a report has also said:
“Studio Lambert who make the show were surprised during the first series by just how many members of the public were confident enough to sign up to strip off on TV.
“They’re hoping they’ll will have just a big an intake in the seconds series and have already put out ads online asking for willing individuals to star on the show.”
Online adverts reveal that they are on a quest to find more singletons who are “ready to take radical action to find their perfect partner”.
We have to say this show is a guilty pleasure and we are looking forward to the new series.
What did you think of the show??
He’s only just a year old but it seem’s baby Paul is a photobommer.
His mother Sam Faiers was posing for a selfie showing off her new lovely white outfit when baby Paul was in the bottom of the photo.
Along with the snap Sam said:
‘When your trying to strike a pose & your baby is climbing in shot [sic].’
She really does look great and baby Paul is just a george baby.
Geordie Shore star Marnie Simpson has admitted on Twitter that she is very poorly.
Taking to her Twitter account tonight Marie has had fans worried for her health as she said that her body is ‘giving up’.
Taking to her account she said:
“My body needs to stop giving up on me. Please.”
She then continued:
“When your health isn’t 100%” followed by an angry and scared emoji.
The even more worrying she tweeted:
“I went straight from Geordie Shore to Celebrity Big Brother.
“I had agonising stomach pains and headaches. I had just landed back at Heathrow from doing a PA in Belfast.”
“I’m just generally run down. I know what I need to do.
“I need to have a rest and I’m on a proper detox. Lewis is going to look after me.”
Maybe it was all the drinking in the CBB house and on Geordie Shore.
If not she really needs to go and see a doctor.
